Oh well, plenty of opinions and hypocrites in the world. It's my opinion that the person who responded to you has to respond to douchenozzle questions like that on a daily basis. I think their rep handled it well. Meanwhile, neither of our opinions, nor whether or not the ubiquitous "they" are hypocrites has any bearing on the position they're advancing. Just to remind you again - in case it hadn't sunk in yet.
