Here’s my recipe for chili
3-4 lbs ground chuck (lamb or chopped stew meat is also acceptable)
1 bushel celery coarsely chopped
4-6 heirloom tomatoes chopped
4–6 tomatillos quartered
1 eggplant quartered and thinly sliced
6 fresh jalapeños thinly sliced
4 habaneros thinly sliced
2 poblano Peppers roasted and sliced
1 yellow pepper sliced
1 red bell pepper sliced
1bulb of crushed garlic
4 cans dark red kidney beans
4 cans(15oz each) tomato sauce
3 tbsp Tobasco sauce
4 packs of McCormick chili seasoning
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1 tsp dried dill
2 tbsp paprika
