Islam is the no-fun religion, no wonder most are pissed at everything

We can definitely have fun, but there are certain worldly pleasures that we have to sacrifice for a greater good (in the afterlife). That's an important part of developing our souls.

Because here in the real world the large majority of men are quite capable of shaking a womens hand and not feeling the slightest bit horny.

That's true, but there could be something that happens in the brain or in the heart which God is aware of even though we don't feel it ourselves (after giving a handshake to the opposite gender).
