What you are basically asking for is even more laws and even less freedom.
Basically, it's one thing to control what people can't say, but now you'd like the law to control what people must say. That's a very dangerous slippery slope.
Especially in the land of the brave and the free.
Laws will not change people's attitudes, the laws are there to reflect societies attitudes.
America is losing its way, that's for sure.

2.I must disagree about laws. Laws should not reflect the prejudices of people they should protect the vulnerable from those prejudices.
