Take this advice for what it is, which is simply observations during my experiences, but from what I've seen, the thing that will most draw a female's attention is complete and utter indifference towards how they perceive you. Showing that don't you care if they like you or not seems to make them notice you.

Also, avoid coming across as desperate at all times. Women can smell that like a shark smells blood, and that is not a quality they find attractive.
