There can be justice in life: but if justice is not served during life, then nothing more needs to be done. The person that caused wrong is dead and no longer here to cause more grief.
I don't feel a need for justice: even as an atheist; when someone wrongs me, I don't seek justice. Generally, I let it go. Seeking revenge/justice causes more trouble to me than it does to the other person.
