First: who is God? What god? The god of which religion? And why should I believe your answer? Second: seems to me, anyone would be better to govern than God (whatever that is) since it doesn't even make itself known to its believers, let alone the people who don't have any reason to believe it exists.

The one true God who made the universe as spoken of in the Bible. You should believe in Him because it is the only coherent reason for you existence. 
You don't know God so how can you make this claim? Also God has made Himself know to me. I was talking to Him just a moment ago.

All of the ancient goat ropers got a prophet gig out of yakking with the God character.  You need to step up your game and write a book about your conversations with the invisible sky guy.  What kind of revelations has he given to you?   Have you gotten any new commandments?  Does God still want all of the fat?
