There would be a deistic god who doesn't expect worship, but had laid out a set of moral codes that can provide the human race with survival and joy.

3) Do not lie, cheat, steal, kill, assault, rape, or otherwise mistreat another human.
4) Do not initiate force unless it is justified to do so, such as when under attack.
