It may concern you slightly more if you took into account the fact that Hillary collapsing wasn't just a one-off occurrence. She had another episode of fainting in 2012, which led to a blood clot and concussion. Since then she's been taking blood thinners in order to recover.
Also, she hardly did any rallies or even public events for that matter since late August, most likely because of her developing illness: "In the heat of late August, Hillary Clinton all but disappeared from the public eye, retreating to the country’s wealthiest enclaves from Nantucket to Beverly Hills to host private, high-dollar fundraisers. [...] Clinton’s dip in the polls coincides with her absence from the campaign trail. She held just two public events in the two weeks before Labor Day weekend, a close look at her campaign’s schedule shows, while hosting 20 fundraisers in the same period." (Source)
Now, whether you think the collapse indicates a major health issue or a general health issue, it is still something that attracted a good deal of attention. And this has affected peoples' perception of her health, and reasonably so.
Even long before this collapse incident, Hillary often used to appear tired and unenthusiastic to me. Maybe that's why she isn't able to motivate and energize people the way that Trump is able to. This is evident by the larger crowds in Trump's rallies compared to Hillary's.
