The main thing is a lack of evidence. But I don't think that's what you mean.
I wish I could say it's the unjust suffering. Or that the supposed justification for the suffering are the actions of Adam and Eve who none of us have ever met.(who I'm now sure never existed)
But what really started me doubting was the realization that the bible's rules can't be followed. I mean, supposedly it's wrong to even look at someone and have sexual thoughts unless you're married to them! That's completely ridiculous especially if you aren't married.
That's what did it. But many other convincing arguments including unjust suffering play a large role.
