My boys (6 and 4) still aren't showing signs of heart issues...thankfully, as it's a common affliction in the breed.

They are saying three or four out of six. I didn't make that very clear.
She gets lots of extra care and is even fed a special mixture of food away from the boys so she doesn't have to deal with their shenanigans.
