So yeah, having someone like me who can talk about rape who can talk about porn or coprophagy in a place like this with people like you ( who have two uncensored sections of the web site so all manner of things can be discussed or pics shared... it is not a bad thing to have someone who was apart of that culture ans is not ashamed to speak about any of it openly.

Or would you rather i pretend such things did not happen and do not exist so that the pop moral among you who will speak on such things is the only light or only voice heard when it comes to these subjects? Look back at history before you answer out of spite.

and to you there are no excuses or reason why these two should ever be allowed to do what they did? no special circumstance like if she where raped or if he where a fully physically mature 6'0 better than peach fuzz mustache 10 year old? and they both full wanted  the experience?

So if both are rape should the law be allowed to prosecute both to the fullest extent of the law?

Should the baby stter be chaged as a sexual predator and not only receive federal prison time but be branded the rest of her life?

And should the husband also get federal prison time and labeled a sex offender and have to register just because his wife finishes an hour before he does?

You know, in my job, I've actually seen reports on shit like what Dripshit just described.  And I can tell you right here and now that there is no way in hell where what Dripshit said doesn't constitute rape.  Now the circumstances of the girl would have to be taken into account before passing judgement (maybe she too was raped herself, maybe she was raised by a religious bastard like Dripshit and her morality warped, maybe she's not capable of making an informed adult decision herself), but what she did in the hypothetical is a crime.

Also like topoint out you too see this as a moral delima you... not.. smart ...person.

Did I add that/ those conditions you added that makes her prosecution questionable is also known as a MOARAL DILEMMA. Other wise prosecution or absolution from any crime would be straight forward.. Allthe BS about her being raped or her moral judgement being effected by one thingor another makes straight forward decisions impossible with out these other factors being considered. which makes it a dilemma.
