For you, it isn't about telling the truth. If Amon Ra says things that are just flat wrong, it is of no concern to you.
It is about team sports. Atheists Good. Christians Crazy. Even when the atheists are spreading falsehoods. It's as simple as that.
The first century Christian sects, clearly, believed in a flat Earth.
