actually paul is telling his student and pastor timothy in 1tim starting at the end of chapter 1 not to judge or out right condemn anyone. don't give up on them. it is ok per the example paul gives in chapter one to turn people over to satan for a time IE allow them to deal with the consequences of their action but because God would like everyone to go to heaven do not cut them off completely or shun them. that is the greater contextual message. here is the passage in it's context: Timothy, my son, I am giving you this command in keeping with the prophecies once made about you, so that by recalling them you may fight the battle well,  holding on to faith and a good conscience, which some have rejected and so have suffered shipwreck with regard to the faith.  Among them are Hymenaeus and Alexander, whom I have handed over to Satan to be taught not to blaspheme. I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people—  for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.  For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus,  who gave himself as a ransom for all people. the way you represent the passage it is as if God contradicting a command given to make all enter heaven. clearly not the case as paul said in the same breath that he gave two other members over to satan. but with order to pastor timothy not to give up or shun them as it is god desire that all dogs goto heaven.

god will here is being misrepresented/translated here by you. god's will here is God desire or want. Not his divine authority or cree or command. this divine authority appoints a different path for some, but his desire is all come to him for atonement.

A good god, so Jesus preached, would cure instead of kill, and here you are advocating for a god who kills instead of cures.

which is why it's been 2000 years since he left us. there is rapidly coming a day for those who are infected with sin no longer want to be cured.. for those who are terminally infected there is but one option. think about it would a gay man seek out god to cure him of his homosexuality? would a greeedy man sell all he has and give it to the poor in search of the truth? what if this money corrupted him into buying a private island and had him do unspeakable things to young children? so when the world is sick beyond a cure the only thing one can do is save evacuate the healthy and burn the dead. like it or not want to reason this away this is exactly what the bible says is comming.  you using the bible to try and refute a whole contextual book of destruction only shows you do not understand exegesis. that you are cherry picking an arguement to try and out 'moral' god. here's the thing.. God does not work off your brand of morality. he knows the wicked will see him as evil just like convicts see their judge and police as evil. no one will ever admit of being the bad guy even if it means trying to paint god like one so you can feel justified in your beliefs.

"called upp" is the biblical term this could mean we all die, it could mean we all just get unplugged from the matrix and our souls will be gone and out bodies remain like empty shells. or it could mean something totally different. this could happen pre trib, mid trib or post trib.
