I guess that’s where it gets into the weeds. Even if they weren’t right to think so, their efforts appear to have created the effect.
Historically, it was mixed, and we can add in a third general theme of missing movements that certainly mattered.
Whatever the distribution may be in the specifics, that history has, I think, left the institution with absolutely no patience for any repeat performances.
-all of this is explicitly from the administrative viewpoint. There’s the religion- the people, the culture, and then there’s the business of the religious state, as it were.
