Aye, perhaps.
As long as I am not in pain I am happy... Bring on the pleasure, baby. Cunt
For me happiness is a base emotional state.."I'm always happy"
Pleasure? Oh yes ...I think I could take the Hedonist tag/label and wear it well. The activity of pursuing pleasure (I feel) contributes greatly to the enhancement of 'Happiness' "The Universe is run by the complex interweaving of three elements: energy, matter, and enlightened self-interest." Quote:For me happiness is a base emotional state.."I'm always happy" For me too.I have been happy at an existential level for a total of about 3 years ,since I was 8. Mostly I'm not in pain so not miserable. That's where the two differ. I don't really agree. I'd say happiness is a state of being, pleasure is a feeling. Pleasure can create a state of happiness. Pleasure can be used as a verb but I don't see much point comparing this with happiness.
