Watch how quick they claim that corporations arent people, and therefore are immune to being charged with human rights abuses.

It would seem the US government is run by these uber rich oligarchs anyway. It's so despicable that those with money think they can operate above the law, that somehow their money means they can violate basic human rights willy-nilly.

They don't operate above the law, they re-write the law until it forms the very foundation of their bullshit.

Corporations shouldn't get the benefits of citizenship in the first place. They aren't people; they are merely made up of people. Why should an entire corporation suffer for the crimes of a few people in it? People can be easily replaced in a company, but if the entire company is sued and taken down, how many jobs will be lost?

Actually. However,the US supreme court declared a corporation is legally a person in the late nineteenth century. This means especially that a corporation can own property,buy and sell in its own right AND be taxed in a special,preferential manner.In Practice, corporations are also used to hide wealth and avoid personal tax.
I also think nil-liability companies are immoral,no matter how practical [for the companies]

Your opinion vs their precedent in litigation between the two of you then? They're people (except when it;s inconvenient, of course).

I understand that they are legally "people" in the US; my point (albeit badly worded) is that I don't believe they should be.
