God made atheists so that they can remain in their depraved state, so he'd have a reason to save them.
But if he wanted them to be theists, then why not create them as theists in the first place?
God is a personification of ourselves, what we wish to be, and that which we do not understand.

I agree, he created us for the lulz. I know I've had a good laugh at gods expense.

THE Quran clearly says that the sun sets into a hole of murky water on earth - the Quran is NOT truth unless it is ALL true - otherwise it rests on proof OUTSIDE THE quarn
The thing with disbelievers, is that they are "covering" the light of God. This is not only for those whom disbelieve in God, but disbelieve in Islam, since that is suppose to be the divine light as well. The disbelievers have become deaf and blind to the truth and wisdom, because of their own unjust will.
Sorry - but YOU have a problem understanding the difference between TRUTH and BELIEF.
Truth is something that YOU can PROVE is factual. Belief is something YOU accept but cannot prove.
NO god is PROVEN to exist - NONE at all. IT is ALL belief
SO - everything claimed to be TRUTH about a god is ALSO belief - and NONE of it is truth.
Disbelievers have good reason not to believe - most of the stories claimed in the koran and the bible have been proven to be fairy tales.
ANd prayer has been determined to be of NO value beyond that of pure chance.

I'm neither Muslim or Christian, was just stating the Quran and Bible views. Relax.
And even if I was Muslim or Christian, I would be answering the question of the OP from my belief.
It's not arguing this is the true view - it's just stating that is the view of Quran or Bible.
