If we have canals going up to scotland I may go, Itd probably be quicker to take a canal to scotland than drive out of gosport.

We can make jokes, but ownership of water is a pretty hot issue, with potentially lethal consequences. Some very friendly looking people in very high places are currently engaged in a debate as to whether or not human beings have a "right" to the water beneath their feet (or that which falls on their head). Guess which side of this debate those very friendly looking people are on? lol.
