I chose other because I wanted to choose liberalism but I did not want to choose US democrat because US democrats are usually wanna be liberals.
I guess I should have chosen socialism

I like you because you're a necromancer, but I'm confused about how you can think all the others are bad but then you don't even know what a libertarian is. Lol

Anecropostism FTW

I voted for other. The poll compares economic systems, to social philosophies, to political parties. It's apples to jet engines.
I think capitalism is generally the best system because it makes use of people's self interest for the good of all. But I'm not for unregulated free trade. Asymmetrical knowledge, externalities , and the tragedy of the commons all subvert that common good and regulationot is required not only to level the playing field but to protect the environment and make rational trade possible.
Socially I'm generally a libertarian. But businesses should be required to treat all equally productive employees who aren't socially difficult from a behavioral stand point the same.
I've yet to meet my ideal candidate for public office.
If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god. If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.

I don't find a connection between my atheism and my politics. I am an Independent who initially wanted Hillary, but now sees a need to have Bernie win.

I guess I'm one who needs certain socialist structures, but wants individual freedom as well.

I've been getting into the idea of libertarianism more but it's not that I think it isn't questionable.
On this forum both the liberals and the right wing people tend to piss me off but there's quite a few middle of the road people who I can see eye to eye with.
My opinion is somewhere inbetween "kill all the immigrants" And "The immigrants are amazing, especially the ones from the reallllly fucked up countries with low literacy, IQ rates, sexual equality and sexuality equality, send them to my country please and sorry for my white privilege." I'm on the tightrope between those two ends of the spectrum.
Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.
