According to wikipedia she is still a christian BUT one that rejects homophobia and mysogyny. So probably is "not a true" christian according to some.

You can fix ignorance, you can't fix stupid.

Had you ever heard of her before this "conversion" nonsense?

I admit I have not, but I'm not connected to the blog-o-sphere.

Her (Anne's, to be clear for any onlookers) own words are to the effect, "Because I love Christ, I can't be a christian" , citing such things as church mysogyny and hatred for gays.

I think a more relevant question is why the fuck is this even news to begin with.

Never heard of her. I might agree it was news if it was PZ Meyers, Greta Christina, or one of the Horsemen.

It is impossible for an athiest to become catholic.

*sits back, waits for chomps*
You are currently experiencing a lucky and very brief window of awareness, sandwiched in between two periods of timeless and utter nothingness. So why not make the most of it, and stop wasting your life away trying to convince other people that there is something else? The reality is obvious.

Sounds to me like this CNN interviewer is some kind of x-tard wanking her wishful thinking on the airwaves.

If you have never heard of this blogger and think this whole charade is a stinking pile or horseshit, please let this CNN interviewer know about it on her Facebook page (you can make comments on it) at:

She is speaking bullshit . I don't think she was a legit atheist.
