The snack wars have just gotten ugly. Up until now I've had a passing interest in the snack wars but this has gone too far. When Jim Henson pulled their toys from Chic Fil A due to Chic fil a(hole)'s stance on marriage equality, Chic Fill A decided to malign the Jim Henson company. I thought it was against Biblical teachings to be a bigot and a liar.

I stopped eating at Chick-Fil-A two years ago after reading about the company's anti-gay stance. This is not really news, though I find it interesting that Henson took so long to sever the ties. Very likely an economic delay.

i started getting the hint when i realized that they were closed on sundays (for what reason, i ask?). now this. smh. it's a shame too, b/c for fast food, they make some tasty stuff. i won't go there now.

It's a shame. Their food tastes like shit except for their soup and waffle fries. Those kick ass. I'm not one to boycott everything but this one....well I might.
The other downer is that the establishment is full of Christians....wait, I live in the deep south, Christians are everywhere (Though Wal Mart is rather sparse on Sunday mornings). I'd say though that they seem a bit more Christianie at Chic Fil A(hole) than at other places.

Those were pretty crappy toys anyhow, honestly. I could easily see some chubby little kid getting their fingers stuck in them.
This is a shame however, I just
this week decided to give up going to Chik-fil-a for lunch over this mess. The one right down the road from my office is delicious & quick & has the best sweet tea of any fast food place I've been. If anyone from Chik-fil-a is reading this, you just lost a 3+ meals a week customer. I just don't feel right about giving you money & then you wasting it on Family First & their ilk.

I haven't eaten there since I found out about their anti-gay stances, which is a shame because that overpriced chicken is almost worth the money.
