Yeah Deist trounced you pretty badly, A T. You didn't do much more than just take the more clever things that he said, reword them slightly to fit your view, and then repost them in what I call the "Jersey Shore Debate Technique" in which one person of inferior intellect hears someone saying something far more witty and intellectual than he/she will ever manage to think up on their own, steals it and rewords it to fit their case, in some bizarre attempt to be smug and self-righteous.

Unfortunately it makes you come off as an unoriginal hack, incapable of actually constructing anything witty or snappy on your own, and incapable of actually defending your point.

Not to mention how unbelievably childish it sounds...

Also speaking of brainwashing; you ARE the person on this website whose signature is basically just the "Conservatism for Dummies" slogan for the 2012 GOP campaign. If anyone here is brainwashed, it's you. Anyone who firmly sticks both feet into one side of the political puddle is a close-minded tool and your feet are so firmly planted into the right I'm pretty sure you don't even know your left brain actually functions. But you're right. People who put themselves into the public eye had better learn to grow thick skins real fast. Public figures have very little to no recourse against lies, smears, slurs, verbal assaults,......and just about anything goes, (although there have been rare occassions where a public figure had some recourse...but that's very rare).

...no surprise here that you would see it that way. Of course you're going to agree with DP. You both have the same leftist indoctrination and you're both secluded in the same naive bubble world. And the Supreme Court of "The people vs Larry Flint" basically said the same thing. The court said to Fartbag(Jerry Falwell) "Yea no one likes a parody add dipicing them fucking their own mother" But it was a joke, call it bad or in bad taste, or not funny, it is still legal. I personally still find that add funny.

I get so fucking pissed at famous people, especially ones who didn't stumble into it by accident, but saught it by choice, and then bitch that the public would look at them. That is like stripping at a nude beach and then complaining when you didn't have to go to the nude beach and take your cloths off.
