I biked for 1 hour today at the gym. Thought I would change things up.
I read somewhere there was a study done where they found, if you exercise for at least an hour it triggers something to help break down the fat cells. I will see if I can find it.
Gym again today!! Did treadmill for 15 minutes, met with a trainer who kicked my butt (two words: jump-squats), then at his insistence did another 30 minutes on the treadmill. I'm taking off tomorrow... My abs are already sore :-( No pain, no gain! Just not too much pain...
Fewer cookies, more veggies! :3
Diet is just as important as exercise!
You could end up making your kids more healthy on accident! Lol, there are healthy snacks that you won't feel bad about eating and you'll feel good about giving to your kids. Most of the ones I know aren't as child friendly (Like hummus and pita), but I know they're out there. I just don't remember them!
