I think that Obama did PRECISELY the right thing...why is some "republicunt" nobody trying to score political points with derogatory rhetoric??

I looked over the whole goddam article, trying to find some sort of key information I was missing that somehow legitimised Brownie's criticism of Obama's handling of Hurricane Sandy, but I found none. What I found was one guy bitching about "How dare this guy handle a disaster well when I couldn't even save New Orleans from becoming a disaster area?"

Brownie let 1,000 likely democratic voters die before doing shit. That's probably the sort of help Romney wanted.

Why not institute local civilian programs for such disasters in future events instead of relying on government to begin with? Even so I am glad people got help when all you could see on the news is that people died.

Do you know any municipalities or state governments with deep pockets these days? So wouldn't turning it over to local civilian programs essentially amount to saying "every man for himself"?
