Outstanding point. We are all familiar with the lavish, government-funded lifestyles of climate scientists. Their fleets of limousines, their hordes of concubines, the 50-room mansions, and the solid rhodium diamond-encrusted toilets, accompanied by watered silk toilet paper, hand woven by Nubian virgins.
If I could live my life again, I'd be one of those obscenely wealthy climatologists. No more working for me, no sir. Just publish a paper every now and then, and spend the rest of my time being hand-fed crystallized jellyfish and curried hummingbird tongue by Lupita Nyong'o's sister (the pretty one) while a phalanx of porn starlet wannabes stand ready to dust the left side of my scrotum as needed.
Clearly, climate science is where the money is.

Bravo. Couldn't have said it better.

Dead wrong. The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.

My brother had a similar idea once, that we occupy four dimensions since there's a band of time in which we exist.

We aren't fully mobile in the 4th dimension of time. (and a good thing too, there being many assaults to the timeline I am willing to commit regardless of the consequences)
So, if you want a number for it, we are 3.00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001 dimensional beings.

I've often regarded time as being the first dimension (inasmuch as they are incremental anyway) since it exists throughout all 'higher' dimensions.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

In Minkowski space, time has a negative metric, whatever that means....

Now now, Cinjin, we've talked about this many a time..
