How is it they can cram that many people into large dense populations and STILL have less crime?

Japan has low poverty, no big ethnical conflic with miorities, and no internal political conflicts aswell.

I gave you the example of France in the last post.
Belgium and Swizerland also have low gun regulations, with about the same average crime rate as the US.
