I'm a supporter of gun rights, for whatever reason, whether it be self-defence or just shooting at a range, but I just think those owning weapons should exercise some common sense and keep them out of the hands of two year olds. Just like we shouldn't have laws against murder. Because murders won't follow it. And it will punish none murders who follow the non murder laws.

If you put your car keys down somewhere by accident and can't find them it costs you time to look for them. If you put your gun down somewhere by accident it can cost you a kid. Such is the difference between car keys and guns.
