I'm just going with what the witness testimony said. I still don't think the kid had to die, but I also think he tried to gaffle the cop's gun like a box of cheap cigars.

But Garner broke up a fight and didn't want to spend another day in central booking over selling cheap cigarettes. Orta was likely set up for filming a murder. Or maybe he couldn't rely on police protection. Either way, he's a stand up guy in my book and enemy #1 in Staten Island.

The NRA strongly advocates simply teaching children to be responsible with guns, and offers its own gun safety program. Children are informed that if they see a gun to stop, not touch it, leave the area, and tell an adult. That’s great advice!

ABC 20/20 decided to see what, exactly, happens if children who have been taught proper gun safety encounter a gun outside of the NRA’s fantasy world in which they always do as they are told–and the results are shocking, to say the least.

An Oklahoma man was accidentally shot and killed by a 3-year-old family member.

Eric Brown, a former basketball player at Murray State, and some family members were test-firing a rifle Friday when one of the children present unexpectedly pulled the trigger.

A Texas woman who was active in the open carry and anti-war movements has been charged with capital murder in the fatal shootings of her estranged husband and stepdaughter.

Police were called Wednesday to perform a welfare check at an Arlington home, where they found the bodies of two adults.

Authorities said they were then notified that 35-year-old Veronica Dunnachie was on her way to Millwood Hospital, a mental health and substance abuse treatment facility, where officers arrested her.

Guess we now know why she loves guns!

Note: This is not a joke. Fox News is reporting that police in Buffalo, New York are collecting guns from the estates of deceased firearms registrants. And the ammosexual radicals are furious. The Fox story begins by stating that…

“A plan by police in Buffalo, N.Y., to begin confiscating the firearms of legal gun owners within days of their deaths is drawing fire from Second Amendment advocates.”

This is an example of the state overreaching. The guns are part of that person's estate just like every other item of personal property.
