The cop hassled Brown for jaywalking originally.
You know the funny thing? Yesterday I threw a tennis ball for my dog which he hit with the end of his nose and bounced over the front wall. I went in front to get it and saw it had ended up across the street. I started to go get it but a car was coming so I stopped. It was a cop car. Know what he did to this 'jaywalker?' He waved. I waved back.

I'm just going with what the witness testimony said. I still don't think the kid had to die, but I also think he tried to gaffle the cop's gun like a box of cheap cigars.
But Garner broke up a fight and didn't want to spend another day in central booking over selling cheap cigarettes. Orta was likely set up for filming a murder. Or maybe he couldn't rely on police protection. Either way, he's a stand up guy in my book and enemy #1 in Staten Island.

Quote:Note: This is not a joke. Fox News is reporting that police in Buffalo, New York are collecting guns from the estates of deceased firearms registrants. And the ammosexual radicals are furious. The Fox story begins by stating that…
“A plan by police in Buffalo, N.Y., to begin confiscating the firearms of legal gun owners within days of their deaths is drawing fire from Second Amendment advocates.”
FOX and gun nuts. Two peas in a pod.
This is an example of the state overreaching. The guns are part of that person's estate just like every other item of personal property.
Skepticism is not a position; it is an approach to claims.
