I don't care whether either man ever existed, because they'd both be long dead. I care about the infernal belief systems they spawned, which continue to spill oceans of blood and conspire to drag humanity back to the Bronze Age from whence the whole thing started.
Even if they both lived, their religions are both full of shit.

Imagine being Jesus or Muhammed for a second, assuming their existence. Also, assume their divinity and imagine what it must be like for both to look 'down' on modern followers. Why the fuck would either come back? Both religions claim peace: Islam is the religion of peace; Jesus is the Prince of Peace. Hundreds of years of history proves that Islam and Christianity are ideologies opposed to peace. Both claim do in this world what is demanded or be fucked in the next. All theists, regardless of stripe, will now claim the 'no true Scotsman' defense. All I have to say is: 'take out your own trash'.

It would not even be a correct defense. Mohammed was a warrior for most of his entire life, and Jesus explicitly stated that the bestial law of Moses was to be followed to the letter; he outright told his followers he had no intention of dismissing those laws.

I thought thor was a god of thunder not a man, and that hercules was known to be a character from a story no idea who osiris was and i thought marduk was a tekken character. Like i said i havent researched this much so i dont insist on anything i was just wondering what peoples opinions were.
also some people seem to have clicked on this thread just to type "i dont care" or "i dont care if they existed just about the religions they spawned" the title of the thread is pretty clear what the topic is about and its in the history and politics section not the religion section so why click on the topic just to say you dont care about the topic and that you only care about their religions when it isnt in the religion section.
Its like me going to the maths section and typing in a random thread "hey maths is boring i dont care about it"
