Man is the Head of the House
January 20, 2013 at 10:33 pm
I have been asked this question on various occasions and I want to make one thing clear. While Man and Women are both the children of God, and the Man has been commanded by God to be the head of the house, this headship is not about having the upper hand nor is it to mean that a woman has no rights or is a second-class citizen.
Ephesians 5:25–27 makes this very clear.
That being said, we males, have to take the leadership attitude and a hard-stance if the situation requires, as commanded by our Lord God in 1 Corinthians 11:8–10, Genesis 3:16 and 1 Corinthians 11:3.
Remember, Women are not second-class citizens while at the same time, man must exercise their headship role to bring about order in the family, community and the world in general.

Yeah, women aren't second class by those standards. Their opinions matter less. THAT'S ALL. Fuck voting, I should have stayed home.

My closest friend lives alone - well, not counting Bella the cat - and is doing perfectly fine. How does this "Man is the Head of the House" thing work again? She'll enjoy the laugh.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'
