hadith and some questions for muslims

hadith and some questions for muslims
Just wondering what beliefs you muslims have on various topics ive been reading about in certain hadith.
Some of these questions ive been searching for on google and still the topics remain unclear to me so it thought i might aswell put these questions out here for you

Do you believe in witchcraft and should there be a punishment for it?

Do you believe in the evil eye?

Are christians more likely to go to hell than murderers?

If there is a crime commited with no witnesses but DNA evidence and fingerprints as sources of evidence what should happen under sharia?

How do you think homosexuals should be treated?

opinion on masterbation?

Do you have insurance on anything?

Do you collect any interest in your bank accounts?

Have you had sex before marriage?

Was there a specific time when you remember thinking islam is the religion for me?

Is it sinful to hate somone?

This question is specifically for al fattyhaha, is it sinful to make false claims about somone? just a yes or no answer will be fine.

Are there any muslim states, nations or countries in the world?

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.

Impersonation is treason.

Would these come about to avoid some sort of muslim-jew interaction?

I dont know, all i know is that my friend in work whos a muslim doesnt like insurance or have a bank account with interest, but its stupid because instead of insuring himself his friend pretended to be him and insured his car for him so it sort of defeats the point from what i can see

Duno haven't studied it yet.

Do you believe in the evil eye?
Again haven't studied it yet.

Are christians more likely to go to hell than murderers?
The sin of Murder is a grave sin. But can be forgiven. However if a person dies in the sin of Shirk, it cannot. As the majority of Christians believe in the trinity which is shirk if they die in a state of shirk they will go to hell. A murderer has a high chance of going to hell, definitely if he dies in a state of shirk. If not then it will up to Allah to judge if he goes to hell or not. Probability wise i'm not God i don't call the shots each case is independent of the other.

If there is a crime commited with no witnesses but DNA evidence and fingerprints as sources of evidence what should happen under sharia?
Don't know haven't researched it. Personal opinion id say yeah it valid. But the punishment provided could not constinuate the death penalty through this evidence unless it was homicide. Maybe.

How do you think homosexuals should be treated?
Homosexuals should be treated the same way as any brother or Sister is treated with love and kindness.

opinion on masterbation?
Qur'an is silent on the issue. There is a shifty swagable hadith where the prophet recomends to someone who cant marry they should fast as it will lower sexual urges. Many scholars say it is haram. Some scholars say it is highly disliked but permissable if it stops Zina(illegal sexual acts e.g. adultery).
Personal opinion. Qur'an silent. One shifty hadith that doesn't mention masturbation. So. Masturbation isn't good for a person or for society or for women and men(porn) and can cause psychological damage to the masturbater and whoever in whatever hes watching e.g. porn. Is related to many Haram things e.g. Porn. In short not good should be avoided either hugely disliked or forbidden.

Do you have insurance on anything?
Nope

Do you collect any interest in your bank accounts?
No

Have you had sex before marriage?
No

Was there a specific time when you remember thinking islam is the religion for me?
There was a time when i wished Islam never existed as it was the scum of the earth. What do you mean "for me"? I go with what the evidence points to.

Is it sinful to hate somone?
Yes.

is it sinful to make false claims about somone?
Yes lieing is forbidden and false testimony is haram.

Are there any muslim states, nations or countries in the world?
Plenty of Muslim countries i.e. Large majority of Muslims live in them. Are there any Islamic states. Some close ones but all seem to have there own cultural laws and laws forbidden in islam entwined with the shariah.

If you go to what the evidence points to, then why in the hell are you muslim? It could not be more obvious that the koran is nothing more than hijacked xtianity with a liberal injection of the whims of a complete madman.

Perhaps your definition of evidence is different than mine...

That's your personal opinion My friend Smile
do you want to know what Islam really say about treating them ?

I'd be glad to enlighten you about them Smile
