Sure, Stalin was a "true atheist" but that doesn't mean he killed because he was an atheist. There is not atheist doctrine that says you should kill those who have different beliefs (or any atheist doctrine at all, for that matter). Not so with religion.

Haven't looked to see if the story has been posted here yet but some poor woman in Papa New Guini(sp) was burned a live for being accused of being a witch, a day or two ago.

Prior to his rise to power Stalin had been an ordained minister, so that training of getting people to have "faith" gave him the skills to get others to follow him, much like the god character.

It seems fitting that such an ill concieved video finishes with an atomic explosion, that shows what should have been the finest hour for atomic science was instead used to demonstrate how many other humans we could (and did) kill with one bomb.
It's time we stopped blaming social constructs and faced up to the fact that some people will use any excuse to destroy others, that's not religion, that's the nature of humanity.

That I do agree with. However I would say that if the world was going to end with 1 bomb it will Either be from a Religious terrorist group or Religiously controlled government as I don't see a sector government having Nuclear weapons (or the intestion to) Note: North Korea is not secular is at communist dictatorship.

Right, North Korea is not secular. It's sect is the communist party, it's god is the sect of the state. It is just another form of theocracy, but instead of a god they worship a party and a man.
For far too long "secular" has been falsely demonized by the right. Secular merely means neutral, not favoring any one. Sectarian means favoring a particular group. That applies to political party as well.

The official religion of North Korea is Chondoism centred around the worship of it's leadership as divine gods. And North Korea is the only country in the world to have a head of state who is dead making it a necrocracy.

It's difficult to say with any certainty.
North Korea is, believe it or not, officially an atheist state. If they were to use atomic/nuclear weapons then it would be for political reasons and not religious. China is predominantly Buddhist and Taoist, both pacifist religions, so again it's likely to be politically (or perhaps financially) motivated.
The only country ever to use atomic weapons in war was the USA, no one else has ever used them against other human beings. If you want my pick for country most likely to use atomic/nuclear weapons then I’d pick the USA, and probably for political or financial reasons justified through religious morality.
