Only when he was incarnated as Jesus Christ otherwise he wouldn't have a physical form you can see. I suppose he still would be incarnated as Jesus Christ seeing as Jesus flew up into heaven, or outer space as it would in fact have been but they didn't know about that at the time. Heaven was up in the sky you see. So the answer from the Christian perspective is yes he definitely would, and it would be circumcised. Apparently according to most Christians, if you have a penis, you're male and should be called that no matter how much you may wish to be recognized as the other gender.

God is referred to as a man, and there are many Christians who will insist on maintaining that description against some liberal Christian's attempts to gender neutralize God. Does this mean God has a penis?

If he doesn't have a penis and his gender is just metaphorical, why is it he can be thought of as a male despite his lack of a penis but a person can't be thought of as female if they don't have a vagina?

Actually - we use female when referring to sea going vessels - and they do not have a vagina either

THE gender is a human creation - just as gods are human creations.
At the time that most ancient religions were developed - women were not considered to be of much value - and were essentially owned by the husbands..

Why?

In ancient times - the birth process was considered to be like the growing of a plant. THe MALE supplied the seed - the entire basis for the child. THe woman was merely the dirt the seed was planted in - and had no direct blood relation - because even their blood did not mix.

Gods - as fictional characters - and their gender is based on the how they relate in the stories. WHere there are multiple gods - and they are of male and female genders - it is obvious.

In the case of the monotheisms - there is no reason for the god to have a gender - it doesn't reproduce.

In the case of the xtian trinity nonsense - there is a son and a father =- but no mother god. So - if in fact that was true - then non sexual reproduction would be indicated. THey are "ITS" (Neuter) Remember - the claim is that the god ALWAYS was - so Mary was only the mother of the god's human costume = nothing else.
