Y'know what? I'm going to change my opinion on not just Rush Limbaugh, but Faux News, Glen Beck and the entire right wing media cabal. As of now, I want to see them continue what they've been doing.
If you paid any attention to the last election, their own Republican media/echo chamber kinda killed them. They were listening to their own opinions, hearing how great they all are and how perfect all the Republican talking points are. Meanwhile, the rest of the general public was laughing at them or puking when they heard that kind of crazy talk and they lost. They lost the presidential election against an unpopular president and they even lost congressional power. And because of the Republican echo chamber, they never even saw it coming.
So, if they keep talking crazy talk, if they keep giving us awesome sound bytes like Romney's 47% comment or Akin's 'legitimate rape' insanity or comparing homosexuality to every deviant sex act they can think of or their candidate getting fact-checked in the middle of a debate (using a Faux News talking point), as long as they keep doing all those things, they're going to stay popular within the Republican bubble but they're going to stay out of touch with the rest of society. They're alienating the moderate voters that decide elections and until they stop, they won't win any significant elections.
So, yeah, Rush, thanks and keep doing the democrats work for us.

and I want it unbiased and objective.
I am not defending MSNBC, in my opinion the entire US newsmedia landscape is sensationalist and biased shit.

Same here. From what I saw on wikipedia, Rush has an audience 5 times larger than Ed's. If you wanted to direct me towards someone like Jon Stewart, I know who he is, I watch the Daily Show damn near everyday, but even in his case he has a show on comedy central, which is intended to be a comedy news show and it still educates its audience better than Rush or Fox News. Plus, they're entertaining.

Yeah, FOX news would be entertaining if retards didn't take their POV as fact rather than what it truly is: commentary. I'm going to say the same for MSNBC, if you can't watch the news without knowing it's skewed from one direction or the other then it's merely commentary. I watch neither of them..However, when a news outlet starts self-advertising it's protests against the White House: they're not news anymore. Name one time during Bush's term that MSNBC did half of the shit that FOX pulls regularly?
