My name is Dawud and I am a Muslim from the UK.
I ask this question because I met a person who held this position and I wanted to check the level of philosophical integrity of the members on this site. Do you agree with such a statement yourself?

Please explain what fully you mean by an adequate introduction KichigaiNeko. What information is important? re: Ben's forum post - So basically Ben is saying that Atheism is not the assertion that there is no God, it is just lack of belief in God (without affirming that there is no God). Is this also your definition KichigaiNeko?

So is KichigaiNeko a good example of the philosophical prowess of the site and indicative of how non-atheists will be talked to here?
Is this a hostile environment for me where I should not post as all believers in God are to be considered stupid then? Surely not?

But on the topic of god my opinion is that the atheist stance is always more rational than the theists. When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me.
