ok so its based on consent? Is it not morally wrong if i stab my friend in the eye as he consented?
Allah says in the Qur'an:
ادْعُ إِلَىٰ سَبِيلِ رَبِّكَ بِالْحِكْمَةِ وَالْمَوْعِظَةِ الْحَسَنَةِ ۖ وَجَادِلْهُمْ بِالَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ ۚ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَنْ ضَلَّ عَنْ سَبِيلِهِ ۖ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِالْمُهْتَدِينَ
"Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction, and argue with them in a way that is best. Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who has strayed from His way, and He is most knowing of who is [rightly] guided." [Surah 16:125]
Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said: “The most complete in faith are those best in their character, those who are easy to socialise with, and those who get along with others and others get along with them. There is no good in the one who cannot get along with others and others cannot get along with him.” -Tirmidhi
Sahih Muslim, Book 32, Number 6307:
'Abdullah reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: “Truth leads one to Paradise and virtue leads one to Paradise and the person tells the truth until he is recorded as truthful, and lie leads to obscenity and obscenity leads to Hell, and the person tells a lie until he is recorded as a liar.”

I wouldn't say it's completely based on consent; but when it affects other people, a lot of it comes down to consent.
There are things that are bad, yes; in the sense that murder is bad. You're taking away someone's life without their consent.
But assisted suicide is different. If factors aren't taken into account, then it may be considered a bad decision. It will affect family members and friends' lives. But it's not a bad action.
Should who be punished?

Whether or not we might punish someone for something (enforcing a law through punitive measure, for example) and whether or not something is morally right/wrong are not interchangeable.

He shouldn't be punished if the stabee wanted it.
For example, if I punch you in the stomach; it's unconsensual, and yes I deserve punishment for that - or forgiveness if you're a kind enough person.
If you ask me to punch you, and I do it; would you say I deserve punishment for simply carrying out your wish?
