Being that my values are pretty close to Joels, insofar as they've been mentioned up to this point...and considering that my values are a reflection of the US and it's values......the answer would be a strong affirmative. But why would that matter, to be blunt?
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Allah says in the Qur'an:

So why do you think no society today follows the values that incest is ok. Its ok to stab my friend in the eye if he says its ok?

P.S. The society is following both.incest and stabbing the eye.
I understand your premises to draw these conclusions but what society does this create where people can stab someone in the eye if they let them or cut there hand off or ear or nose.

It creates a society like mine, highly successful......these things aren't morally wrong, they just illegal..didn't you just say that you understood that? Again why would it matter, in any case?

Yeah. So in your society would these things be illegal. On what bases are they illegal if not morally wrong.

One is illegal on the basis of tradition, largely, the other is illegal on the basis of creating a society in which we are protected from harm - even the harm we might do to ourselves.
