"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

Some of 9 years old boys or girls will want sex and do it (under any system or law)
What are the options?
Do sex with anybody, which can be another boy or girl
Regulate it by marriage
Obviously there are many problems (pregnancy, STD, abortion, emotional problems, etc.) when it is not regulated
Most rational humans will prefer marriage
then who will be more responsible, mature, financially suitable, etc.; another boy/girl or an older partner?
It is obvious that an older partner is more suitable; How much older?
We cannot draw a line for that, it is their acceptance that matter
In Mary Kay Letourneau Case, the woman had sex with a 13 years old boy and was imprisoned because of that, after her release they got married and had children
I think it is ridiculous that she was convicted by that relation
Under the Islamic system it is very easy, she will ask divorce from her ex then get married to the boy (man) after a judge approval.
I don't believe this is the norm but a system that allows for exception is much better than a system that puts restrictions against people wills.
That is why the Islamic system is better than any other system
Suggest any case (how rare is it) then you will find that Islam is suitable for it.
You're still thinking that we live in a world where most people have sex at the age of 9 which is ridiculous.
Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.

It is not common, but can you propose a system that can deal with the situation?

Forget about all these opinions for a moment, here's just a few videos of the actual ACTUAL realities of Islamic countries and what happens when you put these laws into place.
You're speaking as if these laws haven't been put into practice yet but when they do everything will be better. Islamic laws have been put into place in Islamic countries and guess what? They are easily corrupted laws and result in lots of children having sex with old men.

So these are a few of the opinions of people who actually have to live under these laws which you support.
I can EEEEASILY find more of these videos they are very common, but I doubt you will even watch these.
Also saying 9 year olds sometimes have sex so let's get them married is like saying some 9 year olds drink and smoke so let's just let them do that but create safe places for 9 year olds to drink and smoke, let's make a 9 year old drinking and smoking lounge. NO let's not do that lets try and actually put effort into some parenting and putting rules in place for the children to follow.

If she doesn't agree, she can ask divorce
Islamic marriage is not like Christian one (it is not forever), it is a contract based on agreement and subject to conditions and terms
Any party can break marriage by divorce at any time
I don't see what is the harm done on girls?
P.S. I cannot see videos at my office.

Ok well ill go through them one by one for you because I'm kind like that.
One of the videos explains how in yeman due to islamic law children are having babies at an age where they are too young to do so and dying, the actual case being documented is of a 12 year old girl who dies trying to give birth but the documentary goes on to show how this is quite common in yeman due to child brides and islamic law.
next video.
A girl saying what does she regret about being married at a young age, she says being pulled out of education and she also says she was too young to handle the responsibilities of being married at such a young age, and that she was beaten, but that's also ok according to the quran. She also says she is contemplating suicide if the divorce isn't successful.
Next video another 10 year old girl saying her father forced her to agree to be married (again showing how easily corruptible this Islamic law is) and how she was taken out of school even though she wanted to be there.
Next is a video of a 12 year old who is beaten by her husband a lot, pretty straight forward really.
i can't be bothered going through the videos anymore, it's basically self explanatory, all the young girls in these videos were pulled out of education, beaten by their husbands and forced by their families to agree to marriage, the laws are outdated, open to abuse, the problem is pretty common I think in islamic countries and these laws don't work in practice and result in child abuse and it's as simple as that.

Right now I've stated my case, 9 year olds should be parented and guided away from having sex at such a young age so they can stay in school get an education and wait til they mature a bit mentally before they marry someone who they can flirt with, converse with, fall in love with, maybe when they are a teenager or even later.
Your view is that flirtation is wrong, 9 year old brides on the other hand is Ok, so therefore a 40 year old man can approach a childs parents, ask THEM if it's ok to marry her, (which as I've shown is open to abuse by the parents or legal guardian of the child) then if she agrees to marry this man she has barely spoken with or gotten to know then she can become a wife, I'm guessing this is while she is still in school and taking exams, at the same time she will be having sex with a 40 year old and possibly getting pregnant. And I haven't even began to speak of the actual physical harm caused by young girls getting pregnant,
http://www.livescience.com/19584-10-year-birth.html
So who's argument do you think is the strongest here and who's provided the most evidence of what actually happens when the laws you support actually are put into place?

Hell yeah!
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

Your ignorance of your own religion is amazing. It leads me to believe that you are actually a christian or atheist troll getting his kicks. Any party can most certainly not break the contract of marriage at any time. Men can break it at any time, but women have to go through a long and arduous process in order to get a divorce. This is both textual and more importantly what actually happens in the Muslim world.
