Bombing a federal building or a police station is crazy. Bombing a marathon is crazy crazy.

Further a requirement of successful terrorism is to take credit, say why it was done and promise more if the issue continues. These clowns had no idea how to be terrorists.

Also, if their goal was to kill a bunch of people, they failed pretty hard. 3 is not an impressive body count.
