Let us take a step back for a second and examine the Theistic Christian God. So far this god has these qualities.

1. God has perfect Morals.
2.God has infintite wisdom and knowledge or at least perfect knowledge/wisdom.
3.He is infallible.
4.He is all knowing.
5.All powerful (at least according to us)
6.And is technically everywhere or all emcompassing.

It's like playing an MMORPG and having infinite points to place on every stat so that your character will always win the game.

What are you talking about free will for satan? where does the bible say satan has 'free will?' Again the bible shows us satan is a servany of God per the book of Job. I think your think of greek mythology where the lord of the under world is an equal or of the same class as the other gods. This isn't the case here.

Where does it say satan Reigns in Hell? According to scripture Hell is a punishment for all who are sent there. Even Legion (The mess of demons that possed a man in Mark 5 pleaded with Christ not to send them there, rather to send them into a heard of pigs. (which is what Christ did.) If they reigned there then why did they not want to go there? Because in truth they reign here, through the sins we hold close to our hearts.

Is that a requirement? Where in the bible does it say we must all understand God a certain way? In truth the bible simply tells us to put fourth out best effort and to be faithful to what we have been given. Not that we must reach a certain bar of understanding.
