I'm going to go get diagnosed for bipolar disorder, OCD and depression. Already social anxiety avoidant personality disorder down. It'll be a piece of cake.

As far as fitting the bill, the definitions of terms used in diagnostic criteria are not necessarily the same as one in common usage. A lot of people fit the bill. The ones used for diagnostic criteria are still easy to fit into, but that's assuming the one diagnosing actually goes by criteria and doesn't just smack a label on your forehead. I've already said that I wasn't implying that creed didn't have bi-polar disorder or that I don't have any of the disorders I said I was going to get diagnosed with. Basically, a lot of people are diagnosed with disorders. A LOT of people. So much people are diagnosed with disorders, that maybe, these people aren't suffering from a disorder. Maybe they're exactly how they should be. That isn't to say the way their feeling loses credibility or that they shouldn't seek help, just because I refuse to call it a disorder. What it's called doesn't change the feeling. If you feel messed up and want help, go get it if you wish. I should've been more direct. |
