Exactly why do you believe God should give an amputee a new limb. That is not healing, the wound was healed, if it had not healed the person would have died. I believe that a person would rather be alive, besides all the amputees I've seen interviewed after the Boston bombing were not crying to get their limb back, they accepted what happened and going to continue to live their life. You on the other hand just want something to complain about, you would waste your life moaning and groaning, while these good people live their lives.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

Huh. I know a paraplegic who lost use of her legs due to a drunk driver. She was on a full basketball scholarship at the time. She's often expressed to me that she would love to have working legs.
What you "believe" tends to be a bunch of crap, GC.

G-C is the type of fool who thinks that if you lose a limb it is god's fucking will and you shouldn't complain about it.
Fuck him and his god.

Once again, GC, you fail to grasp the point behind even the simplest of arguments.

Don't you believe that through faith anything is possible ?
I been in the war and I met quite a few people who lost their limbs and prayed for just that ... my father was among them as well ...
Is your belief grater that of all the amputees ?
You said in one of your posts that you communicate with god regularly and that often your prayers are answered.
Here is what fairy baby Jesus said:
Quote:Mark 9:23
"What do you mean, 'If I can'?" Jesus asked. "Anything is possible if a person believes."

GC, let me ask you: do you think that, if you were to interview the victims of the Boston bombing, even a single one of them would tell you they wouldn't get their missing limb back if given the opportunity?
You seem to be mistaking "making the best of a bad situation," with "being happy that a bad situation happened," and that's just... that's just baffling.
You're baffling, GC.

Looks like God answers these kinds of prayers after all.
