The cops didn't have anything on him and he freely admitted to growing and then showed the cop the plants. All he had to do was not answer the door and the cops wouldn't have been able to anything about it.

Marijuana possession should never be a felony, under any circumstances. Pathetic. No wonder the U.S. leads the world in number of incarcerated citizens
