Instant coffee and a small glass of cinnamon flavored whisky. I dispensed with the airport bottles of cinnamon whisky and bought a regular bottle of it — Black Velvet brand — it's a little smoother.

Another in a long string of busy days tomorrow. I've got a 1:00, a 3:00, and then a meditation group across town at 5:30. Thankfully, Wednesday will begin a period of much more relaxed and less activity filled days. "Yay."

Getting ragged on by a fellow moderator on the irc / chat channel that I moderate apart from my duties here at AF. They always try to hurt me by using the fact of my mental illness as a weapon against me when they can't get the upper hand in a stand-up fight. That is soooo never going to work for them. But then, we're a rather cut-throat bunch, so, S.O.P.
