What's everyone up to right now?

I want to not be in this rehab center anymore, but they keep delaying the date of discharge because they can't get their act together. Now we're staying until Monday, apparently; the facility is taking the cost of our stay but they're phrasing it like it's some big favor they're doing for us, when in reality we'd be gone days ago if the staff could manage to show up for the basic medical care and training they need to do. It's not our fault that their fucking nurses say they'll be here and then don't show up without a word as to why, for days on end. The admins need to quit treating their inability to perform the bare minimum they legally need to do as some grand act of charity.

Esq, you guys just can't get a lucky break!
Go home as soon as possible and treat yourselves the best you can so you don't have to be back in the hospital/clinic/whatever for such long periods. 
I remember one time when my Sam had to stay in hospital. It was meant to be overnight but they ended up keeping her in for two weeks. Not only that, but after the first few days they decided that she needed constant supervision, so she was confined to the ward. By the weekend she was climbing the walls out of boredom and frustration, so we arranged for her to spend the weekend at home on our own cognisance, as long as she was back by a specific time. Then of course we had trouble getting her back by the deadline, due to roads around the hospital being blocked off while police investigated a stabbing, but that's another story.
So I totally sympathise and hope you both get back home where you belong as soon as possible.

Just done a bunch of stuff. I'm tired.
I'm my wife's unpaid PA  I handle stuff she doesn't like doing and she makes use of my limited techie abilities. She wants me to put a PayPal thingy on the self defence website! Have to learn how to do that now. Things are looking good, she has several people signed up to the free taster evening.
