About a decade, along with a second autoimmune related illness that isn't helping any. I've seen what it does to a person, so I'm glad you seem to be on the mend; it's so much easier when the pharmaceutical stuff works, compared to the other routes one can take. We're only seeing incremental improvement here, but we'll see what happens by this time next year.

Thank you. Yes it's made my life hellish in the past, so I'm really grateful it's under control now. My specialist thinks I'll need at least one more operation at some point, but hopefully a less major one.

I'm on infliximab, I go every 8 weeks for a 2 hour infusion. The nurses know me well enough now to rip the piss out of me given any excuse! I'm very sorry to hear they aren't working for Luckie, I wish you both all the best and I hope a treatment will stick soon, and it doesn't come to surgery.

At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'
