What's everyone up to right now?
RE: What's everyone up to right now?
I'm straight, yeah, but I like to think I'm an ally. I live in the "gay neck" of my city and love it dearly.

Guess I'll give it a look see.

Bored. Think I might head down to the big smoke this arvo.
I'll do the museum and the art gallery, have some tucker, watch a movie, find a good pub and sleep in the car.
I got a nice spot to park the car with a view of the Brisbane river and a 24hr Maccas close by.
I like to fully plan my spontaneity. :-)

Bored. Watching the Nationals/Mets game even though I'm a Red Sox fan (yeah, yeah, I know they suck, shut up Tongue ).

Got off Messenger with my ex girlfriend/current best friend. I know I've gushed about her before, but I'm just so happy she's back in my life. I don't have many friends IRL, and it took me fighting my own better instincts and fear to reach back out to her. I'm proud of myself for doing so. This is the happiest I've been with life in a long time. Took a couple years of talking and working at it, but yeah... I'm happy.

And no, I'm not going to pursue her again. She's been in a relationship with her current guy for ~15 years, but even if she wasn't, when we were together, all of my insecurities and paranoia bubbled up to the surface, which was what pushed her away. I wouldn't want either of us to go through that again. Friend zone is fine with me.

I don't know what that is in European time, but that's fuckin' furever in 'Murrican time.

'Tis 3AM here now and I have no valid reason to be up at this ungodly hour

Most of Europe is an hour or two ahead though so 4AM or 5AM depending on country. It's only the very extreme West of Europe on our time.
