Dude, jeans and whatever is appropriate for the temperature, t-shirt should be fine this time of year.
Of course, all clothes should be clean and with no holes that weren't there when you purchased then... Although, considering what I see some people wearing, that may be relaxed a bit.

It's so weird when we, city folk, see people around who are way too well dressed for the shopping they're doing - clear hints at "dressing well for big city" gone overboard.
